Vaelve B.V. processes personal data from visitors, customers, and end users of our vending machines in order to issue quotes, provide services, process transactions, and ensure that our systems operate securely and efficiently. We only collect the data that we really need, do not store it for longer than necessary, and secure it with appropriate technical and organizational measures. You can always exercise your privacy rights — such as access, correction, or deletion — via the contact details below.
1. Who are we?
Vaelve B.V., located at Dorsvloerweg 399, 2661 MN Bergschenhoek, Chamber of Commerce number 90809815, is the controller for the personal data collected via our website, apps, and vending machines.

4. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with:
• Payment providers (transaction processing),
• Logistics partners (transport & installation),
• IT service providers (hosting, maintenance).
These parties are “processors” and have a processing agreement with Vaelve. Data will not be stored outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Retention periods
• Quotation details: 12 months after last contact.
• Contract and invoice data: 7 years (tax obligation).
• Telemetry: 24 months for analysis, then anonymized.

6. Security
We take technical measures (TLS encryption, firewalls, two-factor authentication) and organizational measures (access authorizations, confidentiality agreements) to prevent loss or unlawful processing.
7. Your privacy rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer data, and object to processing. We will respond to your request within one month.
Requests can be sent to privacy@vaelve.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” To prevent abuse, we may ask you to identify yourself.
8. Cookies & similar technologies
